Return Policy

Cutesy Originals strives to make every customer happy about their shopping experience with us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer an unconditional 30-day return policy.  In case you need to return your item, please follow the instructions below.  For any question or concern please email us at  We guarantee a response within 24 hours.  For immediate assistance call us at: 701-403-9720


  • Item MUST be in its original unworn condition and sent back within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please place your return in a protective box for shipping.
  • You must include original packaging and box.
  • If item is not properly packed and/or missing original box, we will apply a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box will be refused and sent back to the sender.
  • Please include original invoice indicating reason for return.
  • You can choose your own shipping carrier, however, Cutesy Originals recommends to use a trackable shipping method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping the item back is your responsibility.
  • Any custom and duty taxes paid by international customers are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 5 business days and an email confirmation will be sent to the buyer when refund is issued.  If merchandise purchased with the free shipping option is returned to us, shipping costs sustained to send package to you will be deducted from refund amount.  If a package is returned to us as “refused” shipping costs sustained to send package to you will be deducted from refund amount.


If you would like to exchange your return for a different size and/or color we will be happy to do so, but exchanges are subject to availability.  If the item you have chosen in exchange is not available, we will process a refund.  For best service, we don’t allow exchanges for a different style than what originally purchased.  Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns – must be sent within 30 days of purchase in its unworn and undamaged condition accompanied by all original packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Cutesy Originals strives to provide the best customer service possible, and has taken steps to insure customers with high satisfaction.  We accurately inspect every item before shipment to insure quality, and every item gets a double verification to avoid mistakes.  In the rare event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please notify us within 10 days from receiving it and we will try to work something out with you.  We appreciate if you can provide photos and details of the damage via our customer email

We can either issue a partial refund and let you keep the item, or provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us.
